Regulations on the contest for the best living room
1. Aims and objectives:
improvement of material living conditions of residence of students;
Improvement of the activities of the Student Council, chiefs of rooms;
improvement of the compliance order and cleanliness in the hostel;
involvement of students in the movement for a culture of life, cleanliness, order, respect for property.
2. Participants:
Tenants involved all rooms.
3. Guide contest.
Daily headman sections check cleanliness, order and supervise the progress of the competition. Organization of the event is carried out sanitation sector of the Student Council.
4. Competition conditions:
In summing up the total of the contest criteria:
a) cleanliness, order in room;
b) the creation of comfort;
c) the landscaping of rooms;
g) design rooms;
d) participation of residents in socially useful work;
e) participation in groups and sections;
e) participation in activities;
g) to keep the furniture, the property;
h) compliance with healthy lifestyles;
i) participation in governance;
a) compliance with safety regulations, fire safety;
l) compliance with internal regulations;
m) the level of breeding residents rooms.
5. Winners:
monthly commission from among the members of the Student Council conducts the intermediate results of the competition;
results of the competition for the best room 2 times a year, in December and May;
winners of the competition are considered residents of the chambers, who scored the most points for all indicators;
tenants having notes for violation of internal regulations, including alcohol, smoking automatically excluded from the contest;
determined the best rooms on each floor separately and of the 3 best defined respectively 1,2 and 3 place.
6. Award winners
Established for the 1st place prize of 3 simple scholarships.
2nd place - 2 simple scholarship.
3rd place - $ 1 a simple scholarship.
Note:
Student Council is responsible for the organization of the competition;
overall management responsibility of the educators showcase dorm.
