Regulations on competition of professional skill in the profession "Master digital information
1. General

1.1. Regulation on Urban Competition among students of government educational institutions of primary and secondary vocational education, subordinated to the Committee on Education (hereinafter - competition) determines the order of the system and evaluate the results of the contestants.

1.2. Students of state educational institutions of primary and secondary vocational education (hereinafter - SEI NGOs AND ACT) participating in the Competition (hereinafter - participants of the Competition), must demonstrate theoretical and practical training, professional skills, be creative, and high standards of work, possession of professional vocabulary, ability in practice to apply modern technologies.

1.3. The main objectives of the Competition:

     determination of the quality and level of theoretical and practical training, its compliance with the requirements of state educational standards NGOs tariff qualifying characteristics;
     identification of the most gifted and talented students, and further improvement of their skills, strengthening and deepening of the knowledge and skills acquired in the course of theoretical, practical and vocational training, promotion of creative growth;
     enhancing the prestige of the profession "Master processing of digital information."

1.4. The main tasks of the professional contest:

     increasing interest in studying GOU SPO and NGOs for their future profession and its social significance;
     test the ability of students to systemic effects in a professional situation, analysis and design of its activities;
     expansion of professional skills in the profession "Master processing of digital information";
     improving skills of independent work and the development of professional thinking;
     increasing the responsibility of students and NGOs GOU SPO for the work, the ability to independently and effectively solve problems in the field of professional activity;
     verification of professional readiness of the future specialist for self-employment;
     to attract the attention of employers to training workers in primary and secondary vocational education of the city, to promote employment of its graduates;
     orientation and involvement of young people in the real economy.

1.5. Participation in the contest is carried out by the application principle.

1.6. Information about the competition and the procedure involved in it, and the prize-winners, winners, forms, etc. is open and communicated to all state educational institutions of primary and secondary vocational education in St. Petersburg, subordinated to the Committee on Education, to inform students, teachers and trainers.

2. Organization Contest

2.1. The competition is held by the Education Committee with the involvement of NGOs and GOU SPO, enterprises, social organizations, the media.
2.2. The competition is held between 2_________________________________ at: ________________________________ -
2.3. Organizational leadership carries Competition Organizing Committee for the Competition (hereinafter - the Organizing Committee).
Functions of the Organizing Committee are:

     to determine the conditions and forms of competition and its organizational, methodological and information support;
     establishment of the Contest;
     content negotiation competitive tasks and criteria for assessment of their performance;
     agreement on the composition of the jury of the Competition in professions;
     consideration conflicts arising during the preparation and conduct of the Contest.

2.4. For organizational methods of the Competition, a working group comprising representatives of the state educational institutions of primary and secondary vocational education, St. Petersburg Appo, businesses and the public.
Functions of the working group are:

     formation jury Competition in professions and submission for approval to the Organizing Committee;
     prepare and submit for approval to the Organizing Committee of the content of competitive tasks and criteria for assessment of their performance;
     the organization and operation of the Contest;
     determination of the order awarding the winners of the Competition;
     Organizing Committee make suggestions for improving organizational methods of Competition.

2.5. To assess the knowledge and skills of participants approved by the Competition jury. The jury included highly skilled workers and specialists of the city, and teaching staff.
Functions of the jury are:

     Development of content for competitive tasks and criteria for assessment of their performance;
     control the Competition perform manufacturing operations and techniques;
     decision awarding individual bidders diplomas;
     formal and timely documentation of each decision;
     monitoring compliance with rules and regulations of occupational health and safety.

Jurors are required to ensure non-disclosure of information on the results of the contest before the completion of the contest.

2.6. Competition provides methodological support ____________________________________________ with methodological support GOU DPO (training) _________________________________________________________ specialists.


3. Bidders

3.1. The competition is part of NGOs and students GOU SPO.

3.2. Bidders on the day of the competition must be registered.

3.3. GOU SPO NGOs and no later than 7 days before the start of the competition, send a request to the Organizing Committee.

4. Conditions of the Tender

4.1. The competition consists of three tasks:

     1. Self-presentation of the participant, "I and my profession."
     2. Testing with program Hyper Test.
     3. Practice.

4.2. Job competition developed by the Institute of Teacher Education in collaboration with the Center of RAO assess the quality of vocational education Appo.

     The first competition task - the presentation of the Offeror. Speaking time - 20 minutes. The maximum possible number of points - 20 points.
     The second competition task - a test that includes questions on the following subjects: "Operating Systems", "Information Technology", "Computer Networks" and "Computer Architecture." Each participant is invited to perform a test consisting of 20 questions. The time allotted to complete the task, is 20 minutes. The maximum possible number of points - 20.
     Third competition task consists of two parts:

1. Creating a presentation on a given topic.
2. Preparation of a document on the model.

The assessment criteria are:
1. Maximum opening presentation given topic using handout containing graphics, text, video and audio data. While a job is 45 minutes.
2. Maximum line created document sample. While a job is 45 minutes.
Number of points scored by the Offeror for creating presentations is 30 points and the preparation of the document - 30 points.
If the results of competitive tasks two or more participants gain the same number of points, the winner is determined by the results of the practical part of the competition.

4.3. Each participant is required to pass before the Competition safety briefing.

4.4. Before performing the contest task, participants may pre-acquainted with technological equipment and try it out for yourself.

4.5. To perform competitive job all bidders submitted equivalent to off-site locations.

4.6. Creating a safe environment for the implementation of competitive tasks, coaching and monitoring compliance with the Competition rules and regulations imposed on occupational safety at the place of administration of the Contest.

4.7. For gross violations of the norms and rules of labor protection, non-compliance with technology implementation competitive job Party Competition jury's decision may be suspended from participation in the Contest.

5. Identification and promotion of the Contest winners

5.1. Each juror fills transcripts contest task execution. The final grade is entered in the summary list.

5.2. Winners are determined by the best total rates (points) performing competitive tasks.

5.3. Winners are awarded with diplomas of the Committee on Education and valuable gifts.

5.4. Results of the contest of professional skills can be considered students and NGOs GOU SPO, won a prize, with certification by profession (specialty).

5.5. Results of the contest of professional skills considered at the next certification of teachers and trainers who prepared the Contest winners.
