6. Requirements for registration and presentation of multimedia project
6.1. Multimedia project duration is not more than 5 minutes of protection - no more than 10 minutes.
6.2 Each work submitted for participation in the competition correspondence, must be accompanied by an annotation 1 - 2 A4 pages, Тimes New Roman, 12 pt, line spacing - 1,5. Information about the developers, subject, and the work specified on the cover page.

6.4. From each institution no more than 3 works (one project in each direction).
6.5. Work must be suitable for viewing on a personal computer running Windows NT/2000/XP in Windows Media Player, Irfan View or similar free software.

7. Criteria for evaluation of projects

3. Quality reporting.

4. Manufacturability. Technical well conceived project (correct operation of all multimedia components).
5. Complexity. Number of third-party components used in commercials. Using interactive elements, storage systems and object-oriented approach to Web-based applications.
6. Functionality. Independence from additional software, uncritical use of the resources of the computer (memory, the presence of special external devices, etc.).
7. Ergonomics. Tsvetosochetaemost and readability of fonts, use of substrates (screen backgrounds), the use of navigation, comfort level while working on a project, etc.
