1. Aims and objectives of the competition

3. Contestants
     3.1. The competition is held among the students of final groups schools NGOs pupils.
     3.2. The competition allowed the team members (3 people) from the institution. The voting age to 21 years.
     3.3. Accompanying person responsible for the conduct, student life and security in transit and during the period of the contest.
     3.4. Submissions will be accepted up to e-mail: or by phone.

4. Conditions of competition for teams of NGOs
     4.1. Team members presents his business card (not more than 2 minutes).
     4.2. Contest participants tested theoretical knowledge on the topics "clinical nutrition Food," "Heat cooking of foods", "Identifying Quality prepares food, prevention and elimination of its possible shortcomings."
     4.3. Practical task: preparing a main dish.
     4.5. To perform practical tasks are available to all contestants equivalent jobs, welding machines, rectifier mnogopostovoy ballast resistances.
     Failure to comply with technology and gross violations of safety rules contestant disqualified from further performance of competitive job.

5. Conditions of competition for school teams

     5.3. Practical task: preparing a fruit salad with a description of the safety, technology and rules of giving meals. (15 minutes)
     5.4. Homework. Preparation of the second meal. Passport with content: FI Artist (age), school, class, name head, a full description of the technology used cooking materials and tools, appliances décor, their purpose (if any). (Presentation 10 minutes).
     5.5. Creative contest. Present the 10 Commandments novice cook. (5 minutes).
     Failure to comply with technology and gross violations of safety rules contestant disqualified from further performance of competitive job.

6. Results of the competition
     Professional jury evaluates the work of the contestants on the same criteria for judging.
     Team prize winners will be awarded prizes.
     Trainers, teachers prepared the contestants receive a diploma.
