Psychological work
Prophylactic anti-drug work
Humanity has stepped into the XXI century, continuing the search for effective ways of solving one of the world's major problems - the fight against drug trafficking. Thousands of years, now this problem has gained global and acute before almost all states, including in our country.

For addiction there is no territorial, national, religious, class, sex or other boundaries. It is estimated that today around the world more than 200 million people use drugs of various kinds.

Currently in the Republic of Tyva employees Gosnarcocontrol RT mark high underage drinking so-called substance - "nasvay."
The relevance of this issue is caused by an acute problem associated with increased consumption of the substance adolescents and youth. To resolve this situation it is necessary to take measures.

In accordance with Russian legislation "nasvay" today is not a substance, illicit trafficking, its implementation is carried out freely. Nasvay relates to tobacco products. The results of physico-chemical studies of samples of the substance obtained by law enforcement officers surgically show that drugs in this matter were not found.

One way of solving this problem is to involve law enforcement traders "nasvaya" under Article 238 of the Criminal Code ("production, storage or transport for the purpose of sale or distribution of goods and products that do not meet the requirements of safety of life or health of consumers") and Article 14.4 Code of Administrative Offences ("sale of goods in violation of sanitary rules or without a certificate of compliance certifying the safety of such products.")

For us who are engaged in primary prevention, secondary, tertiary, does not matter, in a timely manner to convey to our children all the consequences of substance use, using all possible conventional and unconventional forms of work.
