  • Making proposals on the promotion of the university administration activists;
  • Submitted for discussion of topical issues living organization of educational, cultural, sports and recreation, housing and household work in the hostel, the reports of members of the Board of hostel wardens of the content and results, and work;
  • Making suggestions university administration on improving living conditions and cultural services students in the dormitory;
  • Submission of proposals to improve the administration of the hostel resident consumer services, education of respect for the property, the involvement of gardening and landscaping dorm repair of premises, furniture and equipment, electricity and water saving;
  • Using various forms of educational work: lectures, themed evenings events on significant dates, issue of wall newspapers, etc.;
  • The synthesis of proposals living in the hostel for discussion at meetings of student body;
  • Organization of leisure living in a dorm, creating the necessary conditions for self-study students;
  • Organization of control over the placement of students, raids and checks on observance of sanitary rules for keeping dorm rooms intended use, safety rules when using electrical appliances, safety of equipment, furniture and other equipment of residential, cultural and domestic premises in accordance with the standard rules;
  • Weekly checks on compliance with the cleanliness of rooms.
  • Conduct sports and recreation activities of living in the hostel;
  • Participation in the development of the internal regulations of the hostel and active assistance in their implementation
