POSITION
"Open regional contest of professional skills among students of primary vocational education profession 034700.02 - Archivist"
 
1. General
1.1. "Open regional contest of professional skills among students of educational institutions NGOs" is intended to promote the popularization of the profession 034700.02 - Archivist.
1.2. The purpose of the contest - to raise the prestige of working professions "Archivist" among young people.
1.3. The main objectives of the competition are:
- To systematize the knowledge, skills;
- Improve students' interest in their professional activities, understanding their social significance;
- Provide opportunities for students to express themselves;
- Analysis of training students and deficiencies in vocational training.
1.4. The competition is held on the basis of GBPOU "Western Ural Engineering College" (Perm branch).
 
2. Tendering
2.1 The competition is held November 8, 2013.
2.2 Start - 9:00 pm, room number 4 of the main body of the institution.
2.3 Responsible for the preparation and conduct of the Contest: Kazakova GD - Teacher of special disciplines Vasjukova LA - Teacher of special disciplines.
 
3. Bidders
3.1. Competition participants are students of 3rd year in the profession 034700.02 - Archivist.
 
4. Conditions of the Tender
4.1. The contest includes a theoretical and practical tasks.
4.2. The maximum score that can dial tender participant who performed without comment theoretical and practical task - 100 points.
4.3. Theoretical task has the form of the test and is estimated at 25 points.
4.4. The test contains 25 questions. Each participant to perform a theoretical task given the same test.
To perform the test task is given 45 minutes.
4.5. The practical task is to perform the same parties in the same conditions of work and estimated maximum of 75 points.
On the practical tasks assigned to 120 minutes.
Before carrying out practical tasks, each student is required to undergo safety training and sign the protocol.
4.6. Number of points scored by each participant in the performance of practical and theoretical tasks, as well as the time spent on practical tasks, is fixed in the "Final Protocol".
 
5. Summarizing Competition.
5.1. Results of Competition brings a jury composed of: Tchelnokova OV, head of the Perm branch; Odintsov LA, head JV USX; Yakovleva, VP, Head. by methodical work.
According to the results of the jury fills the "Final Protocol".
5.2. The winners are determined by the best performing scores competitive tasks. With equal points preferred party, to get more points for practical tasks. In case of equal number of points for the practical tasks preferred party, the cost of practical tasks in less time.
5.3 The winners will receive diplomas winners, the other participants - Certificates for participation in the Open regional competition.

- To analyze the state of training of students and address the shortcomings in vocational training.
 
Contents of the contest:
1. Organizing time
2. Briefing
3. Perform a theoretical part (Annex 1).
4. Perform practical part (Annex 2).
5. Summary and announcement of winners.
 
Course of the contest:
1. Welcoming the participants, listing members of the jury, the message goals and objectives.

The test consists of three parts:
Part A - to select the correct answer,
Part B - insert the missing words in the text, supplemented by suggestions
Part C - to establish compliance or correct sequence of operations.
Each correct answer is worth 1 point.
The maximum number of points for the theoretical part - 25.
5. Perform practical part (Annex 2).
Each student is issued a temporary deal shelf life, complete record keeping. You need to prepare it for storage (remove metal paper clips, staples, organize, sew on archival bookbinding machine, place the cover of the case).
When you take into account:
- Compliance with the rules of labor protection;
- Correctness of the assignment;
- The speed of the job;
- Orderly execution.
Multiplying factors: - for speed - 10 points (total workload execution is less than the specified time); for the clarity of the job - 5 points; for performing the work without errors - 5 points.
Reduction factors:
- For each committed error minus 1 point;
- For violation of safety minus 5 points.
Indicators practical part:
1. Removing all metal fasteners (staples, staples) - 5 points;
2. Making Case Cover (title, date indication extreme case, the shelf life of the case) - 15 points;
