Instructions for mass events
1. General requirements for safety

1.1. By holding events allowed a person aged 18 years, passed medical examination and instruction on health and safety.

1.2. To participate in public events allowed students and students who have been oriented on labor protection.

1.3. During mass events may impact on their members the following hazards:

     a fire in the wiring, use open fire (torches, candles, fireworks, sparklers, firecrackers, fireworks, etc.), when ignited a Christmas tree, using light effects with the use of chemicals and other substances that may cause a fire;
     injury in the event of a panic in case of fire and other emergencies.

1.4. Premises where mass events should be provided first aid kits, equipped with necessary medicines and bandages, first aid for injuries.

1.5. Participants of mass action must comply with fire safety, to know the location of the primary means of fire. Floors and rooms where mass events must have at least two emergency exits, which is a pointer to the word "Exit", provide a primary means of fire in E (at least two fire extinguishers), equipped with an automatic fire alarm system and forced ventilation.

2. Safety requirements before the mass event

4. Safety in emergencies

4.1. In case of fire do not panic immediately evacuate students and pupils from the building, using all available emergency exits, to report a fire at the nearest fire and begin to extinguish the fire using the primary means of fire.

4.2. Upon receipt of a party mass event of injury immediately notify your supervisor activities and administration of the institution, gave first aid, if necessary, to send him to the nearest hospital.

5. Safety requirements at the end of the mass action

5.1. Remove the space provided in the articles and equipment.

5.2. Thoroughly ventilate the area and hold wet cleaning.

5.3. Check fire condition of the premises, close the windows, vents, skylights and turn off the lights.
