Position of the parent committee of the school
1. General

1.1. School Parents Committee is a collegial body of school management in accordance with the Charter School.

1.2. Parents 'Committee is a public body control and is working closely with the school administration, school board, teachers' meetings and other public authorities and non-governmental organizations, in accordance with applicable law.

1.3. PTA school created to assist the pedagogical staff in the organization of the educational process, extracurricular time and social protection of students.

1.4. Parent committees are created and in every school classroom as an organ of public self class.

2. Main tasks of the school PTA

2.1. The main objectives of the parent committee of the school are:

     improvement of the conditions for the implementation of the educational process, medical rehabilitation, occupational health and safety of students, free development of personality;
     protection of the legitimate rights and interests of students;
     organizing and conducting school-wide activities;
     cooperation with the authorities of the school, the administration on the improvement of the educational process, medical rehabilitation, organizing extracurricular time students;
     part in strengthening the material-technical base of the school.

3. Procedure of formation and composition of the parent committee of the school

3.1. School Parents Committee shall be elected from among the chairpersons of committees parent classes, groups no later than 20 October.

3.2. The composition of the parent committee of the school headmaster always includes voting.

3.3. With an advisory vote of the parent committee may include representatives of the school founder, public organizations, teaching staff, deputy directors, etc.

3.4. From among its members the members of the parent committee shall elect a chairperson of the school. Chairman PTA school operates on a voluntary basis and maintain all documentation of the parent committee.

4. Powers. Rights. Responsibility of the parent committee of the school

4.1. PTA school in accordance with the Charter School has the following powers:

     strengthens the bond between family and school in order to establish the unity of educational influence on children by teaching staff and families;
     coordinates the activities of classroom parent committees;
     conducts advocacy and advisory work among parents (legal representatives) who are studying about their rights and responsibilities, draws attention to the responsibility of parents for the upbringing of children;
     promotes optimal conditions for the organization of the educational process (assists in the acquisition of the textbooks, the training of visual teaching aids);
     promotes the authority of the teacher in the formation of the reasonable needs of the children, instilling in them the skills of educational work;
     assists in carrying out school-wide activities;
     participates in the preparation of educational institution for the new school year;
     together with the administration of educational institution controls the organization of nutrition students, health care;
     assists the administration of educational institutions in organizing and conducting parent meetings;
     promotes conducted in medical school of the healing process;
     participates in the organization of safe conditions of the educational process, compliance with sanitary rules and norms;
     interacts with NGOs on advocacy of school traditions, way of school life;
     interacts with the teaching staff wellness educational institution in the prevention of crime, neglect and abandonment of minors enrolled;
     interacts with other organs of self-government educational institutions on issues of school-wide activities and other issues related to the competence of the parent committee.

4.2. In accordance with the competence established by this Regulation, the parent committee of the school has the right to:
 

     organize permanent or temporary commissions led by members of the parent committee to perform its functions. Create funds for financial support participants in the educational process;
     make proposals administration, self-government bodies and health educational institution to obtain information about their outcome;
     seek clarification from the institutions and organizations;
     hear and receive information from the administration of health-Forest School, his self-government;
     cause to meet the parents (legal representatives) students on presentation (decision) classroom parent committees;
     participate in the discussion of local acts improving the educational institution;
     give explanations and to take measures to consider appeals;
     make public reprimand parents evading parenting · encourage parents (legal representatives) for students active in PTA, to assisting in the school-wide events, etc.;
     chairman of the parent committee of the school may attend individual meetings the teachers' council and other governments;
     participate in the formation of health equity-Forest School by voluntary contributions and donations from parents (legal representatives) students;
     determine the amount of financial assistance to needy families of students from extrabudgetary sources schools, voluntary parental resources.

4.3. School PTA is responsible for:

     implementation of the work plan;
     implementation of decisions, recommendations PTA school;
     establishment of mutual understanding between the administration of health and forest schools and parents (legal representatives) who are studying in matters of family and public education;
     quality decision-making in accordance with applicable law;
     members of the parent committee of the school, did not take part in its work on the proposal of the parent committee may be withdrawn.

  5. Operation School PTA

5.1. School Parents Committee shall meet at least once a quarter in accordance with the work plan. Work plan of the parent committee of the school is an integral part of the work plan of the school.

5.2. Meeting a quorum if present at the meeting 2/3 the number of members of the parent committee.

5.3. Solutions of the parent committee of the school taken by simple majority. In case of equal votes, the Chairman's vote is considered the parent committee.

5.4. School PTA meeting is usually the chairman of the parent committee of the school.

5.5. In addressing issues related to the problems of a particular student, the presence of parents (legal representatives) who are studying at a meeting of the parent committee is mandatory.

5.6. Solutions of the parent committee of the school, within its area of ​​authority and in accordance with the law, are recommendatory and communicated to the school administration.
