Position of headteachers
Parenting is one of the most important components of education for the benefit of man, society and the state.
Key role in the implementation of educational functions in an educational institution belongs to the class teacher.
1. General
1.1 This Regulation defines the objectives, tasks and functions of headteachers in accordance with the Ministry of Education and Science from 03.02.2006 № 21 "On approval of the guidelines on the implementation of the functions of the class teacher teaching staff of public educational institutions of the Russian Federation and municipal educational institutions," the Resolution government of the Russian Federation dated 19.03.2001 № 196 "on approval of the Model Regulations of secondary vocational institution" Letter of the Ministry of Education of Russia from 21.06.2001 № 480/30-16 "on Methodological Recommendations on organization of the class teacher in secondary schools."
1.2 Working class teacher - purposeful, systematic, planned activities, being built on the basis of all education programs of an educational institution, analyzing past performance, both positive and negative trends in public life, based on the learner-centered approach to meet current challenges facing the teaching staff and the situation in group.
2. Purpose and objectives of the class teacher
2.1 The purpose of education - a person, a self-fulfilling and developing in harmony with themselves and society.
2.2 The purpose of the class teacher - creating the conditions for self-development and self-actualization of the learner, his successful socialization in society.
2.3 The objectives of the class teacher:
- Creation of favorable psychological and pedagogical conditions for personal development, self-determination of each student, save uniqueness and disclosure of its potential abilities;
- Organization of a system of relations through various forms of raising a collective activity group;
- Formation and development of the collective group;
- Organization of the system of student government students in the group;
- Protection of the rights and interests of students;
- The skills of a healthy lifestyle;
- Humanization of relations between students, between students on the one hand, and teachers and other staff;
- Orienting students to find the meanings of moral and spiritual development;
- Organization of socially significant, creative activity of students.
3.Function class teacher
3.1. Organizational and coordination:
- To liaise with the family of college;
- Establishing contacts with parents or other legal representatives, assistance in education;
- Interaction with teaching staff and educational support staff college;
- Organization of the educational process in the group, for optimal development of the positive potential of the individual students in the framework of the college;
- Organization of educational work with students;
- Accounting and encouraging various activities of students;
- Interaction with each student and the collective group, including the system of co-management and student government;
- Record keeping (magazine classroom teacher, personal files of students, planning and reporting per semester educational work of the class teacher, a monthly report on the performance and attendance of students, etc.).
3.2. communication:
- Regulation of interpersonal relationships between learners; establishing positive relations between teaching staff and students;
- Assists in the overall favorable psychological climate in the collective group;
- Assist students in the formation of communicative qualities.
3.3. analytical:
- The study of the individual characteristics of students and the dynamics of their development, drawing on the basis of the psychological and social characteristics of the group and each student individually;
- Definition of the state and prospects of development of the collective group.
3.4. Control:
- Control of the individual student;
- Monitor school students training sessions,
- Participation in the control group, obschekolledzhnyh and other events.
- Control over the appearance of students.
4.Formy working class leader
4.1V accordance with their functions homeroom teacher chooses forms of work with students:
- Individual (interview, consultation, exchange of views, individual assistance, joint problem solving and search, etc.);
- Group (creative groups, student government, etc.);
- Collective (social-significant cases, contests, performances, concerts, meetings, festivals, competitions, trips, tournaments, etc.).
4.2 When selecting forms of work should be guided by:
- Determination of the content and the main activities in accordance with the goals and objectives;
- Principles of the organization of the educational process, capabilities, interests and needs of students, the external environment;
- Ensuring the integrity of the content, forms and methods of socially significant, creative activity of students.
5. Contents of the class teacher
5.1 The class teacher takes into account the level of education of students, social and material conditions of their lives, the specifics of family circumstances.
5.2 In order to successfully address the training and development of the individual student's homeroom teacher is responsible for interaction of all participants in the educational process.
5.3 In the course of its business class teacher interacts with the subject teacher, curators of the student government and co-management represents the interests of the pupils in the pedagogical council, attracted to work together parents of students (legal representatives), involves students in extracurricular activities, clubs, commissions, sections, mug.
5.4 Together with the teacher, the class teacher psychologist studying individual students, the process of adaptation in microsocium, coordinates communication educational psychologist with parents (legal representatives), analyzes the evolution of the collective group, defines creative, intellectual, educational opportunities for students.
5.5 The class teacher is working with the curators of student government and co-management, teacher and organizer, educator, and the commandant of the hostel, promotes the inclusion of students in various creative associations of interest, helps to organize the vacation work.
5.6 The class teacher interacts with the social worker, organizes students socially meaningful activities, activities aimed at the development of social initiatives, the implementation of social projects.
5.7 In its work, the class teacher cares about the health of students, promotes the formation of attitudes towards moral ideals, ethical behavior.
5.8 Form of the class teacher are determined based educational situation in the group at the department and college, traditional experience of education, degree of pedagogical influence, the level of development of the individual student, the formation of the collective group.
5.9 special place in the classroom teacher takes homeroom as a form of direct communication with the students, during which can be solved moral, ethical and other problems.
5.10 Theme homeroom held at least 1 time per month (first Tuesday).
5.11 The class teacher plays a leading role in the interaction of college and parents (legal representatives), organizes consulting work with parents on various issues of education, training, compliance with the rights of students.
5.12 Class teacher conducts parent meetings, organizes the work of the parent committee, etc. The parent meeting is held at least 1 time per year.
5.13 headteachers regularly conducted the following documentation: a work plan for the academic year, the journal of the class teacher, social passport group report on the work (per semester).
6. Criteria for evaluation of the classroom teacher
6.1 The main groups of evaluation criteria are functions of the class teacher activities and performance.
6.2 Criteria of activity allow us to estimate the implementation of administrative functions of the class teacher (level events, the availability of the educational work in a group, the interaction of all participants in the educational process in this group, as well as teaching and support staff, and various social institutions).
6.3 Criteria for performance reflect the level of achievement of students in social development (level of general culture and discipline, their civic maturity).
7. Appointment and control of the classroom teacher
7.1 The class teacher is appointed with the consent of the employee by the head of the college nominated headteachers previously considered by the pedagogical council.
7.2 The class teacher is assigned to a group, occupancy which shall conform to the provisions of the Model 25 on the educational institution of secondary vocational education (approved by RF Government Decree of July 18, 2008 № 543 "On approval of the Model Regulations on the educational institution of secondary vocational education (secondary vocational educational institution) ") and p.7.12. Charter College.
