Levels of development of teaching and motivating work
I (Low)

     characterized by the small number of positive motives for learning. Cognitive interests amorphous, situational and short-lived, manifested only empirical knowledge, applied nature. All parties to the content of education and profession is indifferent student, not aware of the importance of general and vocational education, their plans connects with general education and their future profession, has no need and desire to acquire knowledge, techniques, prefers simple activities. In this work the student sees only way to meet their material needs. It is passive, bezynitsiativen not aware of himself as a member of the collective, committed to the twin-group relations.
     At this level students need to generate action-oriented motivation: captivate the curious fact, cause the drive to perform simple (yet) independent work, to generate significant interest in the professional knowledge elements, show them the necessity of knowledge for successful mastery of the skill.

Level II:

     characterizes the understanding of the value of studying the basics of science, they are interested in academic subjects, especially when the teacher establishes a connection with the issue at their future profession, practical activities. At the same time a special draft general subjects no more students seek to avoid such work, experiencing uncertainty in their knowledge and skills.
     They are attracted to fun, simple stuff, simple tasks with which they could get a positive mark, achieve success without much effort and stress. Doctrine and advocate for student work as a means to achieve personal well-being. The student is not able to control his urges, engage in self-education, to overcome their shortcomings, which include formal assimilation of value orientations, strive to teach only that, in his opinion, be useful to them in the workplace.

Level III:

     characterized by the fact that students clearly distinguish academic subjects that seem most important and interesting. Interest on their lessons, they are active, independent, with the help of a teacher can set goals forthcoming activities, deliberately seeking to acquire the knowledge and skills by working in an organized, collected, and as long as necessary. Students realize nuzhnost secondary education and careers, debt, cognitive interest, understanding of the importance of knowledge and skills, but their clear focus. However, students still need guidance.

Level IV:


     features a deep consciousness of the necessity of secondary education along with the profession. Their future students confidently attributed to their specialty. They are characterized by dedication and persistence in mastering any objects. They are easily incorporated into cognitive search activity. The main purpose for the students to become skilled workers, and often want to continue to improve their knowledge and professional skills outside the classroom
