Position of headteachers
1. General
1.1. These Regulations are developed in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On Education" Model Regulations on the educational institution, methodological documents of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation on the organization of educational work in educational institutions and activities of the class teacher, the Charter School, the job descriptions of the class teacher and regulate the activities of the class teacher.
1.2.Klassnoe guide - teacher professional activities aimed at education of the child in the classroom pupils group.
1.3.V its activities homeroom teacher is guided by the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Russian Federation legislation on children's rights and their guarantees, the Russian Federation Law "On Education", Charter schools and norms hereof.
1.4.Deyatelnost classroom teacher based on the principles of democracy, humanism, priority of universal values, life and health of children, citizenship, free development of personality.
1.5.Klassny head is appointed and dismissed by the order of the Director of the school. Coordination and overall management of headteachers carries deputy director on educational work of the school.
1.6. Its activities homeroom teacher performs closely with the school administration, school authorities and the class of student government, parents (legal representatives of children), classy and schoolwide parent committees, the Governing Council institutions.
II. The functions of the class teacher
2.1.Analiticheskaya function:
study of individual characteristics of students;
identification and determination of the specificity of the dynamics of the classroom community;
study and analysis of the status and conditions of family education for each student;
study and analysis of the impact of the school environment and society on a small class of students;
analysis of the teaching staff of educational opportunities.
2.2.Prognosticheskaya function:
forecasting levels of education and personal development of students and class collective stages of formation;
predict the results of an educational activity;
construction of a model of education in the classroom, school appropriate educational system as a whole;
definition of immediate and long-term perspective of life and activity of individual students and the class as a whole;
foresight of consequences emerging in the class collective relations.
2.3.Organizatsionno-coordinating function:
formation of class collective;
organization and promotion of various activities of pupils in the class collective;
assistance and cooperation in the planning organization socially significant activities of students in organizing the activities of student government;
liaising family and school, school and society;
assistance in obtaining additional education students in and out of school;
protection of the rights of students;
organization of individual work with students;
participate in the pedagogical and methodological advice, methodical association headteachers, administrative meetings, the Board of prevention;
recordkeeping class teacher and classroom magazine;
class teacher is responsible for the lives and health of children during the after school activities.
2.4. Communicative function:
development and regulation of interpersonal relationships between students, between students and adults;
helping each student to adapt to the team;
fostering a favorable climate in the team as a whole and for each individual pupil;
helping pupils to establish friendly relations with others, society.
III. Duties of the class teacher
1.1. Undertake a systematic analysis of the performance and dynamics of the overall development of its students.
1.2. Organize the educational process in the classroom; engage students in a systematic activity class and school groups.
1.3. Explore individual personality characteristics of students, their conditions of life in the family and school.
1.4. Monitor and promptly identify deviant manifestations in the development and conduct of students, to carry out the necessary reasonable pedagogical and psychological correction, especially in difficult and dangerous cases, inform the school administration.
1.5. Assist pupils to solve their acute life problems and situations.
1.6. Promote the social, psychological and legal protection of students.
1.7. Involve the organization of the educational process in the class of subject teachers, parents, students, professionals from other fields (science, art, sports, law enforcement, etc.).
1.8. Promote a healthy lifestyle.
1.9. Regularly inform the parents (legal representatives) students about their successes or failures, scheduled and unscheduled convene parent meetings, direct the activities of the class of the parent committee.
1.10. Monitor attendance at training sessions students of his class.
1.11. Coordinate the work of subject teachers working in the classroom, in order to prevent low achievement and to provide timely assistance to them in their studies.
1.12. Plan their activities for classroom management in accordance with the requirements of the planning of educational work accepted in school.
1.13. Hold regular class hours, and other extracurricular school activities with the class.
1.14. Maintain documentation in the class (private affairs of students, class magazine), as well as for education (plan of educational work in the classroom, reports, individual study individual student cards, certificates, specifications, development of educational activities, etc.).
1.15. Raise their level of qualification in the field of pedagogy and psychology.
1.16. Comply with safety requirements, be responsible for the lives and health of children in the period of extra-curricular activities.
1.17. Other roles and responsibilities defined "job descriptions" for the classroom teacher.
1.18. Homeroom teacher shall, upon request of the school administration to prepare and submit reports of various forms of class and their own work. Report on the work of the class teacher can be heard at a hearing methodical association headteachers, pedagogical or methodological advice, administrative meeting.
1.19. The class teacher is required to take an active part in the work of methodical association of headteachers.
IV. Rights of the class teacher
4.1. Receive regular information about the physical and mental health of students.
4.2. Monitor learning outcomes for each student class in order to provide timely assistance to lagging students.
4.3. Coordinate the work of subject teachers in the classroom.
4.4. Submit for the consideration of the school administration, teachers' council, student government, the parent committee proposals, initiatives on behalf of the class as a team and on their own behalf.
4.5. Receive timely methodical, organizational and educational assistance from the school administration, as well as governments.
4.6. To plan educational work with a classy team, develop individual programs of work with children and their parents (legal representatives), determine the forms of organization of the class collective and conduct classroom activities.
4.7. Invite the school parents (legal representatives) students on issues related to the activities of the class teacher, or other issues.
4.8. Implement free-operation with individual children.
4.9. To determine the shape of the planning of educational work with the class with the main principles of whole-school planning.
4.10. The class teacher is entitled to protection of their honor, dignity and professional reputation in the event of disagreement with the assessment of its performance by the school administration, parents, students and other teachers.
4.11. Other rights defined "job descriptions" of the class teacher.
V. Organization of the classroom teacher
5.1 General principles of the organization of the classroom teacher determined by the rules of the labor legislation of teaching staff, the Charter School, internal regulations and these Regulations.
5.2 Working class teacher with class and its individual students constructed in accordance with this cyclogram:
5.2.1.Klassny head every day:
identifies missing in the classroom and students are late, ascertain the reasons for their absence or tardiness, conducts preventive work to prevent delays and non-attendance of training sessions;
organizes and controls the duty of students in classrooms and around the school (according to the schedule of classes on duty)
organizes various forms of individual work with students, including in the event of a deviation in their behavior.
5.2.2. Weekly class teacher:
maintenance checks diaries with students grading this week;
spends an hour homeroom teacher (homeroom) in accordance with the plan of educational work, homeroom may be conducted in any form, the number of educational activities in the classroom should not be less than two per month.
organizes work with parents on the situation;
works with subject teachers working in the classroom, according to circumstances;
analyzes the state of progress in the class as a whole and individual students;
at least once controls and introduces current levels of progress and attendance of students.
Monthly class teacher:
attend classes in its class;
consult individual teachers;
addresses economic issues in the classroom;
leads efforts to reach the maximum number of students with hot meals;
organize the work of the class asset.
Homeroom teacher each quarter:
prepares and fills class magazine;
participates in the methodical association headteachers;
analyzes of the plan of educational work for a quarter, the state's academic achievement;
shall adjust the plan of educational work on a new quarter;
conducts classroom parent meeting, class parent meetings are held at least once per quarter;
is in the training part of the report on the performance of students in the class for the quarter;
5.2.5. Homeroom teacher annually:
prepares students personal affairs;
analyzes the state of educational work in the classroom and the education of pupils in the year;
drawing up a plan of educational work in the classroom (classroom teacher plan);
collect and submit to the administration of statistical reporting on school students in the class (performance, materials for the report, employment of graduates, etc.)
